Payment is taken before a service is provided however, we will always try and change something should you not like it, also for technical services a refund may be available depending on the issue.
All digital services such as CV's or Images are sent to you by email.
We will not send your custom image, posters or any other service through social media as we want to make sure we've always got proof that we have sent your product to you should we ever need it.
